Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and MRPNL LLC (“MRPNL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of MRPNL.COM, any MRPNL LLC subdomain or mobile experience, our newsletter, community spaces, social media accounts, educational material, and any related service or feature we make available (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Where a particular page, product, or feature is governed by separate terms, those terms control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms in respect of that page, product, or feature.

MRPNL is an independent media and education property operated by MRPNL LLC. We publish market commentary, trade reviews, educational content, and community material aimed at self-directed traders. We are not a brokerage, investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, or licensed financial institution.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service does not violate any law, regulation, or third-party right that applies to you.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to anyone at any time, at our sole discretion, including where we believe a user is ineligible or has violated these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MRPNL grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, including printing or saving copies of pages where the site provides that functionality.

All other rights are reserved. The license granted in these Terms terminates automatically if you breach any provision of these Terms.

All original text, graphics, video, audio, photography, code, design, layout, data compilations, and software on the Service are owned by MRPNL LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may share short excerpts (for example, a single quote or screenshot) with clear attribution and a link back to the source page on MRPNL.COM. Anything beyond that — including reproduction, republication, syndication, distribution, mirroring, translation, modification, derivative works, or commercial use — requires our prior written permission.

“MRPNL,” “Mr. PNL,” the MRPNL logo, the MRPNL mark, and any related names, logos, product or service names, taglines, slogans, and designs are trademarks of MRPNL LLC. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MRPNL LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your Submissions; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right; or (e) any trading, investment, or financial decision you make.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice and at our sole discretion, for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms or any applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may unsubscribe from our newsletter using the link in any email.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive termination of these Terms.

The Service is operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Service or its content is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including to any affiliate or successor. Any purported assignment in violation of this section is void.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure, and any additional terms posted on a particular page or feature, constitute the entire agreement between you and MRPNL with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings on the subject.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
