Csquare entered the public market as investors balanced AI infrastructure demand against valuation discipline.

The Csquare IPO reached the NYSE under restrained pricing. Despite AI-led demand for data center capacity, investors continued to examine valuations closely, and the stock declined after trading began Thursday.

The offering raised $1.05 billion

The Dallas-based company sold 50 million shares at $21 each. That price fell below its proposed $23-to-$27 range.

Trading opened at $20.9. After shares slipped 0.5%, the Brookfield-backed provider carried a valuation of $3.24 billion.

Strong demand did not remove valuation concerns

The Csquare IPO illustrated the caution surrounding new listings, including businesses serving expanding AI infrastructure needs.

Operations span two major regions

Established in 2019, Csquare runs data center facilities in North America and Europe. Its customers include enterprises, cloud providers, and telecommunications companies, which purchase space, power, and connectivity services.
